Setup
Presets are input sets, not strategies for sale.
A preset fills in size, stop, spread cap, session, and the score line. The starter preset is tight. You loosen one input at a time after a test, and you save the new set under a new name.
- Starter: small size, hard daily cap, main session only.
- Overlap: the same rules, limited to the London–New York overlap.
- Desk: the starter rules, with a field for which login it belongs to.
