A session note says when the module is allowed to follow, which symbols are on, and what changed in the inputs. It is an operations note. It is not a view on where a price should go.
A note looks like this
EURUSD, London to New York overlap, spread cap 1.6 points, daily loss cap 1.5% of balance, score threshold unchanged. That is a configuration. It is not an instruction for anyone else to trade.
