Privacy on this website
This note covers metaplatformsltd.com, the public site. Use of the module is covered by the product agreement.
Metaplatforms Ltd publishes this site. Questions: privacy@metaplatformsltd.com.
What you send us
The contact form sends your note by email. It asks for a name, a work address, a firm, and a message. Please do not send identity documents or passwords. Role applications still go by email to careers@metaplatformsltd.com. We use the note to answer you. We do not sell it, and we do not add you to a newsletter because you wrote.
We use those emails to answer you and, if you asked about a product, to keep a thread about that conversation. We do not sell the contents. We do not add you to a newsletter because you asked a question. If you want the email deleted, write to privacy@ and say so. We will remove it from our mailboxes unless we must keep a copy for a legal claim or an accounting duty, in which case we will tell you the limit.
What the browser stores
If you dismiss the notice at the bottom of the page, the site stores one flag in local storage named mp_notice so it stays dismissed. That is not sent to us. See the cookie note.
Hosting
The site is static files. The host may keep ordinary connection logs, such as an address and a requested path, for security and operations. Those logs are the host’s, kept for a short operational window, and we do not use them to build marketing profiles.
People under 18
This site is about software for firms. It is not directed at children, and it does not ask for an account.
